What’s Your Diet?

I still get a little unnerved when I hear the word ‘diet’ as it pertains to a fixed and temporary way of eating. I can understand the genius of it, though. Find something that’s important to people, make them a world of promise, and count your profits with an evil grin. The truth is, the only thing we really need is the proper education. It is for that reason that I’m somewhat hesitant to link to the very thing I just complained about. However, I’m lenient when it comes to the Paleo diet. I think the whole premise of it has merit. Whether you choose to believe that grains are evil, or whether you’re a traditionalist that believes that whole grains have wonderful health benefits, some things are universally true between the two opposing points. No matter what you’re beliefs, any program that calls to remove process foods, sugar, and refined grains should be a winner in everyone’s book.
